CONTINUOUS “73” CELEBRATIONS OF MY BIRTHDAY YEAR:

Sunday July 12, 3 PM at the Noguchi Sculpture garden in Long Island City, I play “Slendro Clarinet” with Gamelan
Son of Lion on my PVC slendro-clarinet. Wonderful pieces, trad., and composed by other members of the ensemble.

October 16th, my “Tuba Thrush” for the Flexible Orchestra, revised: for 11 flutes, tuba, harpsichord and viola
plus new works by Sankaram, Beecher, Wechsler, Corner, and a revivial of Kent Kennan’s famous 1936 piece,
“Night Soliloquy” for solo flute (Kraber) & flute orchestra. St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, 346 W 20th St. 8 PM.
